Goals

• Unite Sheriff’s Office and public
• Attend public events
• Be active and engaged in the community
• Assist veterans in crisis
• Work with other emergency services including Central Dispatch to better serve public
• Return a member to Thumb Narcotics Unit TNU
• Regularly attend police academies to recruit new applicants
• Work more closely with other departments within county government
• Help coordinate trainings with local schools, hospitals, etc in the event of a critical incident
• Offer better mental health services to first responders in need after traumatic events
